Is My RV Deposit Refundable?

The initial $350 deposit is non-refundable. By definition, a deposit is only refundable if certain conditions apply. Furthermore, we declare that the initial deposit is “non-refundable”. Likewise, this refers to the surcharge or fee on top of the initial security deposit. This deposit goes towards preparations and quality services provided. Therefore, this non-refundable initial deposit is not necessary for other miscellaneous fees or costs. The initial deposit does not apply to other expenses. Therefore, any additional fees do not include the initial $350 deposit. This is only used to cover the initial payment for the RV rental service.

Conditions for an Initial Refundable RV Deposit

If the following conditions are met, the customer may request a refund:

The event of a natural disaster
The booking was canceled 30 days in advance
Failure to provide quality services as promised
