Garlic Bread Pizza

This recipe is simple. Grab a loaf of garlic bread from the grocery store, as well as pizza sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, and any other toppings you might want. Depending on how crunchy you want your garlic bread to become, you may want to cook the bread in the oven before adding toppings. Once you do add toppings, leave the bread in the oven until all of the cheese has melted. Cut into your garlic bread pizza and enjoy!

Instant Pot Shredded Chicken is the Perfect Easy Camping Recipe

An instant pot is a great addition to any RV road trip and is used in a lot of easy camping recipes. For this recipe, you will need a jar of barbecue sauce, one up of pineapple chunks, one cup of pineapple juice, 3 chicken breasts, diced, one bag of flour tortillas, ¾ cups water, and one cup of cheese. First, you will put the barbecue into the instant pot. You then put the chicken on top of the barbecue sauce and then water or broth. Add all remaining ingredients and set the instant pot to high for twenty minutes on the poultry function. Put the finished products on the tortillas.

Moonpies

Moonpies are one of the most beloved easy camping recipes. Firstly, you must purchase the moon pie sticks. Then, purchase some bread, butter, marshmallows, chocolate bars, and kindling for a fire. Optionally, you could purchase pie filling, like a blueberry filling or raspberry filling for your moon pie. Making them is simple. Butter both sides of the moon pie, fill it with whatever you desire, and hold it over the fire, flipping occasionally. After a few minutes of this, peek at your pie to see if it’s golden brown. Enjoy!

Eggs

Eggs are one of the easiest camping recipe breakfast options when on a road trip. Whether cooking over a fire or on a stove, you can create a plethora of different recipes with eggs. You can scramble eggs, fry them, overcook them, or make omelets. You can also mix up your recipes. Mix up hashbrowns, cheese, and bacon into your scrambled eggs, or make a flavorful omelet. The options are endless.

Double Baked Potato Boat

For this recipe, you will need 3 baked potatoes, 9 strips of cooked bacon, cooked ham, sharp cheddar cheese, and a stick of butter. This is a great way to use recipes. To cook, put each baked potato in its own piece of tin foil. Seal these potatoes and cook them on a grill or in a fire for twenty minutes. Afterward, top your potatoes as you please.
